Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is: - negotiation of a Framework Agreement containing contractual conditions for the fulfillment of individual subcontracts for the provision of implementation and consulting services for the ECM/FILENET system - provision of service services for the ECM/FILENET system. The service services provided will be intended for solving incidents, problems, service requests and change requests beyond the scope of the warranty arising in connection with the operation and management of ECM/FILENET.
