Czechia – Software implementation services – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND CONSULTING SERVICES SAP Success Factors

The subject of this procurement procedure is the negotiation of the Framework Agreement, which establishes the contractual conditions for the provision of implementation and consulting services: • in the design and implementation of the SAP Success Factors cloud service, • in the design and implementation of other cloud services that provide additional functionality for HR processes, • when integrating the SAP Success Factors cloud service to the Customer's information systems, • in the proposals and implementation of the development and changes of the SAP Success Factors cloud service. For the purposes of this Framework Agreement, SAP Success Factors means: • individual modules
