Contract Description
The subject of this public contract is the development and technical support of the Single Window system and all its parts in accordance with European legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2022/2399 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 November 2022, which establishes a single portal of the European Union for the area of customs and amends Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 and in accordance with national legislation, or requirements based on current needs. The client intends to order the individual phases of development gradually on the basis of partial orders.
