The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a contract for the provision, implementation, configuration, integration, operation, technical support, maintenance, updating and development of an Energy Information System provided in the form of SaaS for the service and management of customers, including a customer portal and a portal for the gradual purchase of a customer, electricity and gas trader for an energy trader (Client) (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in Appendix No. 2 of the Binding Terms and Conditions - List of Requirements (hereinafter referred to as "List of Requirements").
