Contract Description
The subject of the VZ is the creation of project documentation for the overall reconstruction of the building in Olomouc. The building is located in the protected area of the city of Olomouc, it is an immovable cultural monument (the object is located in the historical center of the city of Olomouc), which was built around the 15th century. The creation of project documentation mainly includes the following activities: a. Provision of documents for project documentation (digitalization of documents, control measurements, moisture survey of the building), b. Development of project documentation for building permits incl. itemized budget and statement of measurements, c. Engineering activities (ensuring statements from the relevant authorities and network administrators, securing a building permit, including acquisition of legal authority), d. Development of project documentation for construction implementation, incl. itemized budget and statement of measurements, e. Performance of copyright supervision.
