Total advice regarding reconstruction of Hall A in Ringsted Sports Center

Ringsted Municipality's city council has decided that Hall A in Ringsted Sports Center must be rebuilt. Hall A was closed in December 2025 due to the risk of partial collapse of the ceiling and roof structure. Prior to the closure, Hall A was Ringsted Sportscenter's display hall with a capacity of approx. 1,000 spectator seats, and primarily used for association activities such as handball, floorball and elite handball, major rallies, exhibitions and events. With the desire to rebuild Hall A, Ringsted Municipality offers a "Contract for total advice regarding the reconstruction of Hall in Ringsted Sports Center". These tender conditions contain conditions and guidance for applying for pre-qualification for the above task as well as conditions and guidance for those pre-qualified to make offers for the task. The contract includes technical advice and assistance carried out as total advice. According to the contract, the general consultant must generally carry out the following: a. Advice in connection with qualifying the client's project material, final programming and residual design of the project proposal to the extent necessary, authority project, tender project and execution project. b. Consulting in connection with project management, including ICT management. c. Advice in connection with construction management, professional supervision and project follow-up during execution and delivery, including 1-year inspection. d.
