Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the rehabilitation of the upper and lower weirs of the Česká Kopista, Roudnice nad Labem and Lovosice water works, the aim of which is to restore the Elbe River bed to its original state. The remediation will ensure the stabilization of the damaged and reshaped stream bed after the flood of 09/2024, thereby restoring the operability and safety of the waterworks. As part of the work on the Česká Kopisty Waterworks, approx. 195 m³ of waste will be added to the undersea. At VD Roudnice nad Labem, approx. 352 m³ of discharge into the lower and upper reservoirs will be completed. At VD Lovosice, approx. 200 m³ of discharge into the underpasses and overpasses will be added. For more detailed specifications, see the project documentation and the contract for the work. The estimated value of the public contract was set at a total of CZK 6,157,000.00 excluding VAT. Of the estimated value of the public contract, CZK 4,887,000.00 excluding VAT is the estimated value of the construction works according to the draft contract, and CZK 1,270,000.00 excluding VAT is the estimated value of changes to obligations from the contract, the possibility of which has been reserved and the conditions of which are defined by the wording of the contract.
