Flood protection of the village of České Kopisty - PD processing

The subject of the performance of the public order is the processing of project documentation for building permits (DSP) and for construction execution (DPS), including engineering activities (IČ) and designer supervision (AD) for the implementation of flood protection measures in the Elbe watershed in the cadastre of the municipality of České Kopisty. Anti-flood measures will be based on the project documentation at the DUR level under the title "Flood protection of the village of České Kopisty" prepared by SWECO Hydroprojekt a.s. in 08/2023. As part of the design work, a comprehensive system of anti-flood measures will be designed to protect the built-up area of ​​the municipality, residents, property and public infrastructure from flood conditions up to the design flow level of Q100+0.30 m. Anti-flood measures are designed around the perimeter of the village of České Kopisty in a total length of approx. 3.65 km. Part of the project will be the design of earth dams, reinforced concrete protection walls, sections with mobile fencing, mobile closures of roads and penetrations, equipment for drainage of internal water and pumping, a building for storing mobile elements, landscaping, related roads and transitions or protection of the affected utility networks. Design work will be carried out in accordance with Act No. 330/2025 Coll., on the management of information about construction and the built environment in the BIM environment.
