The public order will be implemented with the participation of funds from the Ministry of Agriculture within the subsidy subprogramme 129,373 "Elimination of the consequences of floods in 2024". The subject of the public contract is the repair of the longitudinal fortification of the Opava stream bed, which was damaged by the flood in September 2024. A more detailed description of the activities is provided in the Business Terms and Conditions - draft contract for the work (Appendix No. 4 of the procurement documentation). A more detailed technical and technological description of the individual components of the subject of this public contract is included in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 of the procurement documentation. The client informs the supplier that the original scope of repairs has been reduced by less work, which is indicated in the coordination situations of the construction (the changes relate to sections 1 and 2 - coordination situation drawings C.3.1. and C.3.2.) These changes are also taken into account in the unpriced itemized budget of the construction, which will be the basis for submitting a price offer.
