Contract Description
The public order will be implemented with the participation of funds from the Ministry of Agriculture within the subsidy subprogramme 129,373 "Elimination of the consequences of floods in 2024". The subject of the performance of the public contract is the repair of the longitudinal and transverse fortifications at VT Opava to the original parameters, which were damaged by the flood in September 2024. A more detailed description of the activities is provided in the Business Terms and Conditions - draft contract for the work (Appendix No. 4 of the procurement documentation). A more detailed technical and technological description of the individual components of the subject of this public contract is included in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 of the procurement documentation.
