Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is to take out a loan in the amount of PLN 10,614,224.00 to cover the planned budget deficit of the City of Myszków in the amount of PLN 6,994,224.00 and PLN 3,620,000.00 to repay previously incurred liabilities under the loans. 2. The Ordering Party guarantees the use of the loan granted by the Contractor in the amount of at least PLN 2,000,000.00. 3. The Ordering Party may use the loan funds to cover expenses incurred from its own funds from January 2, 2026. Settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor regarding the loan granted will be made in PLN. 4.
