Contract Description
The subject of the order is the service of taking out a loan paid in tranches up to the amount of PLN 4,913,880.00 for the repayment of previously incurred liabilities (credits and loans). Detailed terms of the order 1. Loan period - from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2038. 2. The grace period for loan repayment is 2026 and until June 29, 2027. 3. The Contractor's commission cannot be higher than 0.5%. The Contractor's commission will be calculated proportionally to the actual tranche of the loan disbursed. The bank commission will be paid within 7 days from the date of receipt of the loan tranche
