Procurement of an emergency ambulance. For the same subject of the public procurement, the customer previously published a notice of the order on the Public Procurement Portal under the code JN003796/2026 dated 18 May 2026, but did not receive an admissible offer in this procedure. Since he received only one offer, which was not admissible, the client decided, in accordance with Article 46 of the ZJN‑3 (item a of the first paragraph), to invite the provider who submitted the offer at that time to negotiations and to carry out the negotiation process without prior publication.
