Description & Project Overview
The municipality of Arnhem wants to conclude a framework agreement with 2 entrepreneurs for legal and strategic advice, guidance and implementation regarding: preferential rights, expropriation, acquisition issues and amicable negotiation processes, as well as knowledge sharing and helpdesk function.
