Contract Description
SLM needs legal support when contracting, dealing with legal (compliance) issues and related activities. The scope of the Assignment concerns the provision of legal and additional legal services to SLM regarding the contracting and contract changes of Microsoft, Google Cloud and AWS. In addition to the large American Hyperscalers, SLM has also focused in recent years on European providers of Cloud and IT services such as STACKIT, OVH Cloud and ESET. It is expected that more European parties will follow, but it is not yet known which ones
