Contract Description
Target The aim of the research project is to increase legal and planning security in species protection conflicts in connection with the renovation of railway tunnels. The effectiveness and acceptance of various replacement roosts as well as other species protection measures for bats are being examined. The aim is to collect data on the species-specific design of classic and innovative replacement quarters, especially with regard to overwintering. The results are intended to create standardizable foundations, accelerate procedures and ensure legally secure planning
