Contract Description
The purpose of the contract is the conclusion of a contract for the services of an external service approved for prevention and protection at work (SEPPT), with the aim of ensuring certain missions in terms of well-being at work - subject to those which remain carried out by the SIPPT in accordance with article II.1-8 of the Code - for all workers in the Province of Hainaut; these missions are detailed in the technical part of these specifications. These missions mainly concern medical surveillance and the prevention of psychosocial risks. Incidentally, the contracting authority may entrust the successful bidder with services enabling it to meet needs in terms of ergonomics or industrial hygiene. Provincial workers according to NACE code: Number of workers Nace Code Label 3620 85322 Social promotion and full-time education 823 85421 Haute Ecole Condorcet and vocational training 4392 84113 Public administration: non-teaching staff These figures are likely to vary at any time depending on changes in the number of workers. Under penalty of nullity, the bidder must submit an offer for the entirety of the special specifications for all the missions included in the contract.
