Contract Description
1. Subject of the order The subject of the order is the sale and delivery to the Ordering Party of the entire, complete museum collection of the Copernican monks Orest Paszkowycz belonging to the Contractor, hereinafter referred to as the "Collection", together with the documentation and rights specified in the draft contract. The subject is not defined by type. The Ordering Party purchases a specific existing Collection as an integral set with recognized history, structure and collecting provenance. 2. Material scope According to the inventory documentation, the Collection includes 6,836 objects in 17 subject groups, in particular coins, local issues
