Contract Description
1) The subject of the order is the supply of servers (2 pieces), specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The equipment offered must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2025), and have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment. 2) The scope of the order includes: purchase and delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, including unloading and bringing it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 3) Detailed description
