Contract Description
The complete reconstruction of the swimming pool consists in modifying the layout, which will be carried out by demolishing the existing partitions and building new ones. The existing floors will be removed in the entire 1st floor except for the supporting structure and will be replaced with new ones. New stainless steel tubs will be installed in the existing concrete pool tubs, including new drains. The operation will be expanded to include wellness, which consists of a Finnish and infrared sauna, cooling showers, a rest room and its own hygiene facilities. A new outdoor terrace will be created on the east side of the building, through which there will be barrier-free access to the existing outdoor ones
