Contract Description
Construction modifications and change of use of the building from a cultural center to a community center. The entire building will be newly arranged, the existing cinema hall will be removed from the south side, in its place will be created an outdoor space and toilet extension on the 2nd floor and on the 3rd floor. A staircase will be added on the north side, the existing ramp will be removed and a new lifting platform with stairs will be built.
