REPUBLIC OF SENEGAL ------------- One People-One Purpose-One Faith ------------- MINISTRY OF FAMILY, SOCIAL ACTION AND SOLIDARITY ------------- ------------- WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT AND DEMOGRAPHIC DIVIDEND IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA PLUS (SWEDD+) PROJECT SENEGAL Call for Tenders No. No. F_SWEDD+_369 relating to the acquisition of hygiene kits for educational establishments benefiting from the SWEDD+ project (Order Contract) (Single envelope procedure) The Government of the Republic of Senegal received funding from the World Bank to finance the Women's Empowerment and Demographic Dividend in Sub-Saharan Africa Plus Project (SWEDD+ Senegal) , and intending to use part of this credit to make payments under the Contract acquisition of hygiene kits for educational establishments benefiting from the SWEDD+ project (Market to Order). The SWEDD+ Project Coordination Unit is soliciting offers in closed envelopes from eligible bidders meeting the qualifications required for the acquisition of supplies in a single batch. The qualification requirements are: Financial capabilities : The bidder must provide its financial statements for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024 and 2025) certified by a chartered accountant approved by ONECCA or another recognized organization. Have made during the last three (03) years (2023, 2024 and 2025), an average annual turnover of an amount of: an amount of four hundred million (400,000,000) FCFA. Abilities and experiences: The Bidder must demonstrate, with supporting documentation, that it meets the following requirements: Have executed at least two (02) similar contracts of similar size and nature (provide the list of similar contracts) over the last five (05) years (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025) for the benefit of the State or international institutions (Ministries, state institutions, development projects or programs
