The subject of the performance of the public order (hereinafter also referred to as VZ) is the provision of consulting activities pursuant to § 105 paragraph 1 letter a) of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended (hereinafter referred to as ZoZ) in the form of incentive programs focused on the use of digital technologies, for applicants and those interested in employment and participants in occupational rehabilitation (hereinafter referred to as participant/participants of counseling activities). Counseling activities are techniques focused on job search and other activities aimed at the employment of natural persons on the labor market. They usually combine various pedagogical, social psychological and counseling approaches and forms of work with participants in counseling activities, such as group or individual work, presentations, discussions, skills training, role-playing, providing feedback, etc. The specification of specific counseling activities is given in Appendix No. 8 of this Tender Documentation.
