OPŠ 09/2024, VT Olše km 39,190 grade repair

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the repair of the crown fortification of the spillway at the VT Olša at km 39.190 in Český Těšín. The repair is to the original parameters of the repair, including the pavements of the bank fortifications. This is a section of the stream, through the middle of which passes the state border with the Republic of Poland, the scope of the contract also includes repairs on Polish territory. • Construction work will be carried out on the basis of protocol number 350/223/024/OPR in terms of the removal of flood damage in the given location. • All work will take place in the bed and on the banks of the water course in the given locality. Arrivals will be handled from the Czech side. Before the work starts, the fishing crew will be caught. Security will be provided against the leakage of dangerous substances into the water course (installation of a bore wall). • A repair will then be made. The repair consists of the restoration of the damaged stone overflow edge, the overflow area and the repair of damaged stone paving and stone overlays. • Access to the construction site is via the existing local and purpose-built roads along the Olše watercourse, which will be returned to their original state after the works are completed. The step is located in the stream bed behind a high flood dam, so it will be necessary to build a partially fortified ramp to descend into the bed. The construction will take place under protective fortified pits, the construction will be divided into 2 stages, when the flow will be diverted through the pits to the opposite side of the streambed. • Basic parameters of the repair: - Total length of the solved, repaired section: 36.59 m. - Length of the overflow edge: 37.57 m. - Total volume of stone lining of the overflow area (upper two rows of stones + anchored stone carvings on the crown): 29.5 m3. - Total volume of stonework repair above grade: 89 m3.
