Contract Description
1. The ordering party will award the contract in two parts: Part A: execution of works consisting in replacing the bituminous surface Part B: execution of works consisting in replacing the bituminous surface with a mineral one. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts. 3. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program and then, on its basis, the performance of construction works for Part A and the performance of construction works for Part A on the basis of the Functional and Utility Program.
