Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program and then, on its basis, the performance of construction works for the task titled: "Renovation of the surface of the Gen. Jerzy Ziętek Promenade in the Gen. Jerzy Ziętek S.A. Silesian Park in Chorzów." 2. The task will be implemented in the "Design and Build" formula. 3. The scope of the subject of the order includes the execution of: 1) Stage I: a) development of construction design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program, along with obtaining on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party all
