Contract Description
It is a representative socio-cultural event dedicated to athletes with the aim of supporting sports, appreciating sports personalities of the region and developing social activities of the region. The gala evening is intended for award-winning athletes and their companions, representatives of sports clubs, representatives of the Karlovy Vary region, partners of the event, the media and the public (depending on the capacity of the hall). Winners in individual categories will be awarded as part of the survey. At the final announcement of the main category, the athletes will receive the Award of the Governor of the Karlovy Vary Region, after the end of the main part, the evening will lead to the social part of the program. The event has a given schedule with a program duration of approximately 120 minutes (19:00-21:00). The event must have a representative, dignified and professional character corresponding to the importance of the regional award.
