The subject of the public contract is the insurance of buses owned by the Karlovy Vary region according to Act No. 30/2024 Coll., on liability insurance for vehicle operation, as amended, including their accident insurance according to § 2758 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended, for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029.
