Cleaning and relocation of Pyhäjoki municipality's archive material Pyhäjoki municipality requests a binding offer for the cleaning, packing and moving transport of the municipal central archive's material and separate materials to new premises in accordance with this request for tender. The object of the procurement is the careful cleaning of the archive material of the municipality of Pyhäjoki due to microbial damage/indoor dust and the safe transfer of the material to new archive facilities. At the moment, the archival material is temporarily placed in two safe containers and in the Pyhäjoki municipality's warehouse. All locations are in Pyhäjoki, Ollinmäki, about three kilometers from the future new archive, which is located at Kuntatie 1, in the new municipal hall under construction. The contractor can assess whether the containers can be moved inside the yard of the new municipal building for the duration of the move. The contract includes: • Cleaning of archival material (300 shelf meters) with HEPA-filtered vacuum cleaners or another mold dust cleaning method presented by the contractor. • Packing the cleaned material in moving boxes in such a way that the archive order remains unchanged. • Protected and supervised transport of confidential material to a new destination.
