Pyhäjoki demolition contracts Kurrela and Kivitasku The municipality of Pyhäjoki is requesting bids for the demolition of two (2) daycare buildings. The object of the procurement is demolition work, which includes the demolition of the buildings that were used as daycare centers on properties 625-405-4-16 and 625-405-4-338 with their foundations. There is some loose material classified as waste and other waste in the yard of the plots, the removal of which is part of the contract. The addresses of the objects are Ruukintie 27 and 29, 86100 Pyhäjoki. The contract includes the demolition of the buildings on the mentioned properties, the removal of demolition waste, the removal of movable waste and the cleaning of the demolition area, fully completed according to the demolition work description and other tender documents. The work can be started as soon as the contract has been signed or the customer has given written permission to start. More precise start and end dates of the contract, as well as the use of site areas, will be agreed upon with the selected contractor during the contract review. The buildings must be demolished by February 28, 2027, and the demolition work must be completed and handed over by March 15, 2027. If the work is completed before the agreed time, the customer can take responsibility for it
