Description & Project Overview
The subject of the tender is the production of the daily daily mail E+2 (to the extent that central production seems sensible for organizational reasons) and various mailings (E+2 and/or E+3/4). Daily mail includes both individual letters and batch letters. The print data stream for the daily mail is bundled via a central output management system and transmitted to the future print service provider via a secure connection. The annual production volume for outsourcing in the daily mail amounts to approx. 2,400,000 DIN A4 pages including all planned mailings and approx. 1,100,000 letters. Transport services, in particular letter postal services, are not part of this tender.
