Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the modernization of the MMB kitchen in the Malinovského náměstí 3 building in Brno. The subject of construction modifications is the overall modernization of the kitchen, part of the dining room and the adjacent facilities in the MMB building, including new distribution systems and the supply of technology. Furthermore, part of the modernization of the kitchen is the supply of catering equipment. The beginning of the performance period is assumed for construction works from June 2026. The public contract is divided into two parts. The first part is building modifications (construction work), the second part is the supply of gastro equipment (supplies). This is the implementation of the 1st stage of modernization, when there will be construction modifications, especially to the kitchen area and the delivery of gastro equipment.
