Contract Description
The order includes: purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of kitchen equipment for the Provincial Hospital Center of the Jelenia Góra Valley as part of the task "Modernization of the hospital's nutritional facilities by purchasing kitchen equipment ensuring the safety and quality of patients' nutrition" divided into 5 Packages. Acting on the basis of Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party informs that it may invalidate this contract award procedure if the public funds it intended to allocate to finance the entire contract or part of the contract have not been provided to it.
