The subject of the order is the replacement of the X-ray tube and the Coolimator Control Board in the Optima 660 CT CT scanner no. 390617HM9 manufactured by GE Healtcare, including acceptance and specialist tests as well as other service activities required to provide the user with a functional device for operation. The device in question was manufactured in 2015. Currently, the CT scanner is equipped with a Preformix 40 Plus Green X-ray tube with a liquid bearing. 2.
