Contract Description
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of inhalational anesthetics along with the rental of vaporizers. Additionally, the contractor is required to lend (for the entire duration of the contract) the equipment necessary to administer the drug - vaporizers, specified in detail in Annex 1.1.A on the terms specified in the contract. The delivery specifications are included in Annex 1.1. to the Order Terms and Conditions ("Price Form"). The remaining terms of the order are specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, i.e. "Designed provisions of the contract", which will be introduced into the content of the contract.
