Genetic analysis of brown trout populations in the framework of the project "Strengthening of pearl oyster populations in sites of the Natura 2000 system in the green belt of Bavaria - Czech Republic" - repeated procurement procedure

The subject of the performance is the population genetic analysis of the supplied sample of brown trout individuals. The subject of the contract is the population genetic analysis of the supplied sample of brown trout individuals from four different genetic lines within the project "Strengthening of river pearl trout populations in the sites of the Natura 2000 system in the green belt of Bavaria - Czech Republic" financially supported by the funds of the EUC Czech Republic - Free State of Bavaria and the European Regional Development Fund, project number 221. The customer will supply the population genetic analysis in the first stage, 340 pieces of brown trout. The customer assumes that individuals from four different genetic lines will be represented in the delivered sample. For the follow-up study (which is not the subject of this contract), the client needs 60 individuals of brown trout from each of the four genetic lines. In the event that the required number of individuals from each genetic line is not represented in the analyzed sample, the client will supply the contractor with additional individuals to the extent necessary to properly fulfill the purpose of this contract, based on a written agreement between the client and the contractor. The maximum possible total number of delivered individuals of brown trout, on which genetic analysis will be performed, is 500 pieces for the entire period of performance of the order. All fish will be delivered by the customer between 15.04.2019 and 15.05.2019. The contractor takes the genetic material from the pectoral fins of the fish with a maximum size of 0.5 cm2. If it is possible to use a less invasive method, the contracting authority accepts such a method. Each brown trout individual will be marked by the contractor with an individual chip, with the help of which it will then be possible to match the results of the genetic analysis with a specific individual. Individual microsatellite markers will be tested. Fragmentation analysis will be performed on 12 microsatellite loci in each individual.
