Contract Description
The subject of performance is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 et seq. of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts (ZZVZ), with one selected supplier for a period of 2 years. On its basis, ongoing supplies of disposable medical supplies will be implemented for the Karlovy Vary Regional Hospital a.s. to the extent and in accordance with the procurement documentation and its annexes.
