Country name: Niger Project Name: Support Project for the Development of Irrigated Crops and the Intensification of Animal Production (PACIPA) IDA Credit No.: 76070-NE Reference number: NE-LAMP-568938-CW-RFB This notice of call for tenders follows the publication of the General Procurement Notice (AGPM) published on the World Bank website on August 5, 2025 and on the Sahel Sunday of August 8, 2025. The Government of the Republic of Niger (hereinafter referred to as the “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a Credit to finance the cost of the Project to Support the Development of Irrigated Crops and the Intensification of Animal Production (PACIPA) , and intends to use part of this credit to make payments under the Contract of construction works of (i) eight (08) cowpea storage stores of 150 tonnes in the regions of Dosso, Maradi, Tillaberi, and Zinder, (ii) four (04) rice storage stores of 500 tonnes in the regions of Diffa, Dosso, Tillaberi, and Zinder and (iii) five (05) onion storage stores of 500 tonnes in the Tahoua region. The award of the Contract will be in accordance with the World Bank procurement regulations. The National Coordinator of PACIPA solicits closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to carry out the construction works of (i) eight (08) cowpea storage warehouses of 150 tonnes in the Doss regions
