The Government of the Republic of Niger (hereinafter referred to as the “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a Credit to finance the cost of the Project to Support the Development of Irrigated Crops and the Intensification of Animal Production (PACIPA) , and intends to use part of this credit to make payments under the Contract of work to carry out livestock markets in the regions of Diffa, Maradi, Tahoua, Tillabéri and Zinder. The award of the Contract will be in accordance with the World Bank procurement regulations. The National Coordinator of PACIPA solicits closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to carry out the works of realization of livestock markets in the regions of Diffa, Maradi, Tahoua, Tillabéri and Zinder . The execution time of the work is five (5) months calendars from the date of notification of the service order to start the work. The procedure will be conducted by National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as defined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Borrowers requesting Financing of Investment Projects (Supplies, Works, Services Other than Consulting Services and Consulting Services).
