Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the obligation to provide comprehensive legal services according to the needs of the contracting authority, in addition to the legal services specified in § 29 letter k) ZZVZ The provision of complex legal services is understood in particular, but not exclusively, to provide professional legal consultations, the processing of legal opinions, analysis and research, the drafting of documents and the preparation of other documents according to the instructions of the contracting authority, as well as the preparation of contracts, decrees and other similar documents, participation in the meetings of the contracting authority according to its needs, in particular in the meetings of the City Council and in any meetings of other authorities of the contracting authority,
