Contract Description
The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with the resumption of competition between the contracting authority and three suppliers, on the basis of which public contracts for the services specified below will be awarded. The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement will be the provision of designer services consisting mainly (but not exclusively) of: a) processing of project documentation for building construction in accordance with § 7 of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on the documentation of buildings, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree"), incl. processing an itemized list of construction works, supplies and services with a measurement statement,
