The 4abc project zone functions as a pilot zone that is being investigated in more detail. 2. Architecture assignment: demolition + new construction (+ infrastructure) The complete architectural assignment 'Halewijn' for the demolition and realization of various new construction volumes within the urban development framework, including the infrastructure of the open space and the integral connection of the buildings to the environment.
