Contract Description
Explanation: Purchase, delivery and installation of a Biplane angiography device for interventional radiology including all adjustment works, including Biplane angiography device, device own work, all adjustment works of the location, techniques, server space, hardware and software. Installation, commissioning and training for users of the Biplane angiography machine. Technical training for Medical Technical Services. Adjustment and/or provision of the necessary lead shielding according to Controlatom's report must also be included in the assignment. Based on a study yet to be conducted by Controlatom. All mandatory inspections and certificates must be included in the acceptance. The tenderer takes note of the appendix: General safety and health plan AZORG and confirms that he will adhere to it. The contractor will take all necessary measures to avoid damage to existing infrastructure and completely exclude dust nuisance within the building. During the works, existing, supplied and installed materials are protected against damage, weather influences and theft. Putting buildings or parts thereof into use does not imply completion of the works. Delivery, installation, connection, commissioning and testing of all parts of the installation are always included.
