Contract Description
Assignment for the replacement of an existing cooling installation on Campus Merestraat, 9300 Aalst Included in the assignment: 1/ Work on existing installations, including safely decommissioning, emptying, protecting and putting back into service 2/ Steel pipes for heating and ice water, including welding, suspensions, expansion facilities, penetrations and mountings 3/ Valves and control devices (valves, butterfly valves, balancing valves, non-return valves, drain valves), fully accessible, replaceable and insulated 4/ Automatic venting of the installations 5/ Thermal and vapour-tight insulation of all pipes, taps and appliances, including water and UV-resistant finish for outdoor applications 6/ Heating ribbons for frost protection of pipes, including control, electrical supply and BMS notification 7/ Air-cooled water cooling machine with frequency-controlled screw compressors, including delivery, installation, start-up, testing and full integration with the Siemens GBS 8/ Pedestals and metal structures, including vibration and sound insulation 9/ Tests, inspections and adjustments, including tightness tests, hydraulic adjustment and functional tests 10/ Identification and labeling of equipment, pipes and electrical cabling 11/ As-built and PID file, to be provided digitally upon provisional acceptance 12/ Cleaning up of all installed installations 13/ Mandatory options
