Bedding

The subject of the public contract is repeated deliveries of bedding intended for the needs of the contracting authority according to the technical specification, which is Annex No. 4 of the Call for Tenders. The public procurement is divided into 3 parts (i.e. Part A, Part B and Part C). Part A - Disposable Blankets, Part B - Disposable Sheets and Part C - Duvet Covers. In accordance with the provisions of Section 101 of the Act, the public contract is divided into three parts (Part A, Part B and Part C): Part A - Bedding - Disposable blankets. Part B - Bedding - Disposable sheets. Part C - Bedding - Duvet Covers. On the basis of this tender, contracts will be concluded for the fulfillment of the subject of the public contract. These contracts will include all the required documents specified by this Call. The participant is entitled to submit an offer for individual parts – i.e. for one, two or all parts of the public contract, entirely according to his choice. Bids for each part of the public contract will be assessed and evaluated separately, independently of the bids submitted for other parts of this public contract. Each part of the public contract may have a different supplier selected. Unless stated otherwise, all the information listed above applies together to both parts of the public contract.
