Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the existing access ramp, including related construction modifications. The performance includes in particular the removal of unsatisfactory parts of the structure, the modification of the underlying layers, the restoration of the structural and surface layers of the ramp, the addition or modification of related building elements and the execution of the necessary work to bring the ramp to a safe and functional condition in accordance with the applicable technical requirements according to the technical specification, which is Annex No. 3 of the Call for Tenders, according to the List of Works – Statement of Measurements, which is Annex No. 4 of the Call for Tenders and according to the Project Documentation, which is Annex No. 5 Calls for tenders. On the basis of this selection procedure, a contract will be concluded with the selected contractor for the performance of the subject of the public contract.
