The subject of the order is the comprehensive replacement of water meters in residential and commercial premises located in the resources of the Grabów nad Pilicą commune with brand new water meters equipped with a radio module, as well as the delivery, installation and commissioning of a remote reading system. For this purpose, the following is planned as part of the task: 1) delivery and installation of, among others: a) DN 15 water meters with a radio module - 53 pcs. b) DN 20 water meters with a radio module - 2,468 pcs. c) DN 25 water meters with a radio module - 9 pcs. d) DN 100 water meters with a radio module - 5 pcs. e) a tablet for readings and configuration of measuring devices - 1 pc. f) computer set with monitor and software - 1 pc. 2) implementation of software for the operation and control of distributions and network monitoring. The following will be purchased, implemented and launched: • eBOK - 1 pc. • Telemetry system - 1 pc. • ERP system integration - 1 pc. • System for remote reading of water meters - 1 pc. • Mobile application - 1 pc. 3) implementation audit of the launched solutions, 4) water meter replacement service. Cost of materials for the above-mentioned work is the responsibility of the Contractor. It is necessary to ensure the integrity of the system with the Macrologic program and to guarantee the proper functioning of remote reading. Detailed provisions regarding the subject of the contract are included in the Draft contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the Bill of Quantities constituting Annex No. 3a to the SWZ, which should be treated only as an auxiliary document for the preparation of the offer due to the lump-sum nature of the contractors remuneration.
