The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and implementation of the digitization and digitization of medical documentation along with computer equipment, delivery of computers, delivery of servers and matrices for the Hospital at ul. Wodociągowa 4, 45-221 Opole. The subject of the order was divided into 3 tasks, a detailed description of the subject of the order and a description of the minimum parameters are attached as Annex No. 1A, 1B, 3, 4A and 4B to the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, e.g. as a result of responses to Contractors' inquiries. The subject of the order was divided into the following parts/tasks: Task No. 1 - Purchase and implementation of a system enabling the creation of medical documentation in electronic form using devices dedicated to collecting signatures along with integration with the HIS hospital system; Task No. 2 – Purchase and delivery of 34 all-in-one desktop computers; Task No. 3 – Purchase and delivery of Servers and arrays along with the service of migrating the Oracle database from the current one. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. An offer may be submitted for one or all parts (packages/tasks) of the order.
