Contract Description
The subject of the order is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services and the collection of electricity from the Ordering Party (Prosumer) within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law", for the Provincial Specialist Hospital. Saint Jadwiga in Opole in accordance with Annex 1A and Annex 6 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that the amount of 1,648,000 kWh is an estimated value based on energy consumption over the last 24 hours.
