Service for the comprehensive provision and coordination of the tourist train during the 2026 Christmas Campaign

The object of the contract is the provision of the service for the comprehensive provision and coordination of the tourist train during the 2026 Christmas Campaign, with service on the following days and times: Days of service provision: 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30 December 2026 (all day), 24 and 31 December 2026 (only until 7:00 p.m.), 2, 3, 4, 5 January 2027 (all day), includes Cavalcada de Reis. Days when the service is not provided: 25 and 26 December 2026 and 1 January 2027. Hours: from 11.00am to 2.00pm and from 4.30pm to 9.30pm. Services included: The object of the contract includes the transport to and from Sant Andreu de la Barca, the fuel that is required for the provision of the service, the driver service, RC, passenger and mandatory insurance, the reviewer service for the control of access to the train with a ticket facilitated by the businesses participating in the Christmas campaign and monitoring of the rules of use by passengers, diets and staff maintenance during the days of service. The execution of the object of the contract will be in accordance with what is contained in the technical specifications (PPT).
